CADFEM is a global company with expertise in design & engineering. We offer software and services in the field of computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation. We carry out analysis, offer support and training for our customers using software programs (ANSYS, LS-DYNA, optiSLang, etc.). With 450+ employees globally, we are one of largest providers of CAE simulation. We are expanding because the simulation belongs to the future in product development.

We are looking for experienced and talented professionals for the following role.

Sales Manager

"Technicians are not salespeople" - with this prejudice, many potential sales engineers block their future prospects. Because every good engineer is also a consultant. Good advisors "sell", usually without realizing it. Technically-savvy sales people are always wanted at CADFEM.

We give you the chance to continuously acquire sales skills as an engineer and generate business for the company. You will be selling technology pertaining to CFD / FEM / CEM simulation and related applications. You will have access to a geography with unhindered access to all industry verticals. You will build, nurture and expand customer relationships in your territory.


  • You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or in a related field.
    • You enjoy discussing simulation with FEM / CFD tools with others.
    • You have at least 5 years of professional sales experience.
    • You have good negotiating skills and possess a confident demeanor.
    • You are interested in customer care and marketing.
    • You like to approach people, are open-minded and communicative.
    • You have persistence as your key quality; failure does not deter you.
    • You can motivate yourself.
    • You want to serve the customer and provide her with the best possible service.
